TIME

Basically, each cake is made especially for your order.

Production time typically is 2-3 days. This is due to the need to stabilize and cool the biscuits, creams, confit, mousses, cheesecakes and other components of the cake. Sometimes the production time for a cake can be 1 day (marked with "fast production").

Please place your order in advance to ensure we receive it and have ample time to create your cake.

Please ask me if there is any cake in stock today if you don't want to wait!

DELIVERY ZONE

You can always pick up the order yourself from Ravensteen or Nijmegen. Delivery is also possible within a radius of +30 km from Ravenstein by prior arrangement and sometimes payment.

Free delivery for orders over 50 euros.

BEFORE AND AFTER ORDER

After ordering on the website, the we will contact you to clarify your order to better fullfil your wishes. We will also send you a link (Tikkie) for payment.

To confirm an order you will need to pay 50% of your order cost. The rest 50% of your order cost you will need to pay at the pickup.

! If you cancel your order less than 3 days before a due day, the upfront payment is non-refundable.

Sometimes Mevrouw Flensje has a lot of orders, if you have not been contacted within 2 hours after ordering, please WhatsApp us. We will definitely contact you and make the most delicious cake.

SIZE

The price is for the BENTO S size, if you need a other size, select it during ordering.

BENTO S size is a small cake Ø10cm for 1-3 persons. It weighs 400-500g.

BENTO M size is a cake Ø12cm for 2-4 persons. It weighs 700-800g.

BENTO L size cake is larger cake Ø16cm for 8-10 persons. It weighs 1.3-1.6 kilos

If you want different size, just inform us about the required size/weight during the conversation after placing your order.

BENTO cake is a great gift for a birthday, the birth of a child, starting a new job, a declaration of love, or just a surprise with or without any reason.

Unfortunately, we currently do not bake wedding, tiered, and heavy cakes (more than 4 kg).

DESIGN

The basic (free) design includes small inscription of up to 3-5 words, a small amount of berries or sweets, simple drawings.

If you want complex drawings, waffle flowers, figures made of mastic or chocolate en etc, let us know, we will guide you on the cost and possibilities of such a design.
